SHIPPING & RETURNS
At RULINstylesTT, all orders are processed, Monday through Saturday, from 8:00am to 8:00pm and on Sundays from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. Our commitment to exceptional customer service will ensure your order is processed, packaged and ready for delivery or pickup within 1 - 3 business days.
All Items on our site are shipped free of charge to all areas within Trinidad in accordance to TTPOST shipping policy. Please read TTPOST shipping option.
TTPOST Shipping; TRACKPAK ( 1 - 3 ) Business Days, for packages between ( 1 - 3) Kg
For any single order exceeding 3Kg in weight, the order shall be delivered to you in more than one TRACKPAC. All efforts shall be made to ensure all PACS are delivered together, however this cannot be guaranteed and some cases may arise where Deliveries may be made a Maximum of 2 business days apart.
Tracking You Order
For customers utilizing the free delivery method via TTPOST, you shall be contacted within 24hours of placing your order by a RULINstylesTT sales representative and a TRACKING NUMBER provided, a TT POST representative will contact you regarding delivery. Where orders are placed on a Friday or during Saturday or Sunday a TRACKING NUMBER will be forwarded on the following business day.
Those customers utilizing the pickup option at checkout, are agreeing to collect items at a secured location within any of the districts stated within 24 hrs. All orders shall take one business day to process and will be available for collection within 24 hours. On confirmation of payment a RULINstyles Rep will contact you and confirm your selected time and drop off destination before your order leaves our Warehouse.
It is our firm belief that an item being returned is an indication that not enough effort was made, to provide you the customer, with exceptional service. We at RULINstylesTT shall make every effort to ensure that all items shipped are scanned for defects and that as much information is provided to the customer before an order is placed. We therefore encourage potential customers to contact us either via telephone, text or email for detail enquires about an item before placing an order. Our sales representative would be more than willing to assist. As the saying goes, measure twice and cut once.
In the event you need to return an item, you should do so within 4 days of receipt of such. To return an item you should abide by the following;
1) Ensure item is in original condition with tags attached.
2) Ensure that the 4 days after receipt of item has not lapsed.
3) Contact RULINstylesTT either via telephone, text message or email and express your interest to return item. Include your Order # and description of item to be returned; include reason for returning said item.
An arrangement can be made for us to collect the said item at either one of the PICKUP locations, at a mutually agreed upon time. This option would be free to you the customer. The customer could also return mail the item to us at their own cost. In this case, if the return is due to manufacturer defects the cost of shipping shall be remitted to the customers account.
The prerequisite for exchanges are the same for returns. Once the item is received by us and condition verified, you shall be contacted via email to the status of your exchange and how to proceed.
